What's Your Favorite Community Cookbook?

Recipes Worth Sharing is a title created to celebrate the many wonderful community organizations and their cookbooks which Favorite Recipes Press has worked with over the years.

This got me to wondering...what's YOUR favorite community cookbook?

Here are a few articles of recent note which highlight this long lasting classic form of cooking...All-American Recipes made in the Everyday Kitchen! These articles also include some fabulous recipes as well:

Recipes Worth Sharing, the latest compilation cookbook from Favorite Recipes Press, has recently earned a 2008 Gourmand Award in the Best Fundraising Cookbook category.

The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards have honored those who “cook with words” since 1995. Each year, Gourmand awards the best food and wine-related books around the world. Books compete in national competitions, and then advance to an international competition, which is the next opportunity that Recipes Worth Sharing has qualified for.

Recipes Worth Sharing shares recipes that were selected as ‘the best of the best’ from more than 80 cookbooks from around the nation: some were published as early as 1951; others were published as recently as 2007.

Let me know what YOUR favorite community cookbook is.

As always, Have a Delicious Day!

Anne ;-)
