OK - it's all done! My youngest is off to college for her freshman year and we are all so excited for her. She's attending the University of Southern Miss in Hattiesburg, MS and is majoring in Music Production, along with being involved in the Southern Miss Choral Program as well.
Now that she's all settled into college life, my husband and I are truly "empty nesters" and adjusting to it isn't going to take long at all. With meals-for-2 in mind, I look forward to cooking less, but keeping it fresh!
